These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onneta platform ("Onneta", "we", "our") operated at onneta.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Onneta is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to build, host, and manage custom web applications for small businesses. The service includes:

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. All prices are in US Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which Paddle (our reseller of record) collects on our behalf.

The code, copy, images, and other outputs generated by the AI on your behalf are licensed to you for use in your business. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, suitability, and compliance with applicable law before publishing. Onneta does not warrant that AI output is fit for any particular purpose, and you indemnify Onneta against claims arising from its use.
Data you upload (business information, customer records, secrets, configuration) and data your end customers submit through your hosted application remains yours. Our use of it is described in the Privacy Policy. We will not access it except as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or with your explicit permission for support.
If you connect a custom domain, you remain responsible for its registration, DNS, and ownership. Email sent through Onneta on your behalf uses our SES infrastructure under your noreply@<your-slug>.onneta.com identity by default; if you connect a custom domain we will provision DKIM/SPF records that you must add at your DNS provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your data remains accessible during that time. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that put the platform or other users at risk. Upon termination we will retain your data for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee on the Free or Founder tiers. Pro-tier customers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime target with credit-back for shortfalls upon written request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onneta's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your registered address at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Onneta's principal place of business. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration there, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
