These Terms govern your use of the onneta. platform — operated by Onneta Inc, a Delaware corporation (USA) — at onneta.com and its subdomains. By using the platform you agree to these Terms in full.

Who we are

onneta. ("onneta.", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an AI website- and app-building platform operated by Onneta Inc, a Delaware corporation (the "Company").

You can reach us at:

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of onneta. — including the website at onneta.com, our web and mobile apps, project subdomains on onneta.app and actl.app, and any related services (together, the "Service").

Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

What the Service does

You describe a website, app, or business system — in Arabic or English — and our AI builds it for you. We then host, run, and let you edit that project. Projects are published on an onneta.app subdomain (actl.app for older projects) or on a custom domain you connect.

The Service is provided on an as-is, evolving basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. We may also impose reasonable limits (for example, on build frequency, file sizes, or resource use) to keep the Service reliable and to prevent abuse.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate, current information when you register, and keep it up to date.
  • You may sign in with email and password, phone, a passkey, or a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Do anything unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights).
  • Create, host, or distribute malware, phishing, spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
  • Misuse or overload Platform resources, probe or bypass our security, or attempt to access other users' projects, accounts, or data without authorization.
  • Use the Service to build a product that competes by scraping, copying, or reselling the Platform itself.
  • Circumvent, farm, or abuse credits or promotions (including creating fake or duplicate accounts).

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for everything your published project does. We may remove content or suspend projects that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Wallet, credits, and payments

  • The Service runs on a prepaid wallet. You add funds (top up), and the cost of AI edits and other paid actions is deducted from your balance as you use them. AI cost is based on the tokens consumed by the AI model, multiplied by our published pricing.
  • The wallet base currency is the Jordanian Dinar (JOD). You may view and top up in other supported currencies; where your local currency cannot be charged, the payment may be processed in US Dollars at the applicable exchange rate.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay), and some balances may be added manually by us. We do not store your full card number; card details are handled by our payment processor.
  • If you enable autopay, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method to top up your wallet automatically according to the settings you choose. You can disable autopay at any time.
  • Top-up and promotional bonuses. We may credit bonuses on wallet top-ups or as part of promotions. Bonuses have no cash value, are not withdrawable, and may be reduced, withheld, or reversed if we detect abuse (for example, duplicate accounts, or the same physical payment card across accounts). We may change or end any bonus program at any time.
  • Prices may change on prior notice.

7a. Credits are non-refundable digital goods

Wallet credits and top-ups are non-refundable. They are digital goods that are made available and usable immediately, and are consumed as you use AI features and other paid actions. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, or where we choose to grant one at our discretion, amounts you add to your wallet and credits you have used are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused balances are not redeemable for cash.

For when we correct a duplicate or erroneous charge and how to request a review, see our Refund Policy.

Store note: purchases and top-ups made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's payment and refund policies, which may give you additional rights.

Your content and intellectual property

  • You own your content. As between you and us, you keep all rights in the content, data, and code you create or upload through your projects ("Your Content").
  • License to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, build, and display Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to run builds, host your live site, generate previews, and back up your data). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups retained for a limited period and anything we must keep to comply with law.
  • The Platform is ours. The Platform itself — including onneta., its brand, logos, software, designs, and the underlying systems — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights in the Platform beyond the right to use it under these Terms.
  • AI output. Rights in the output the AI generates for your project are treated as Your Content, subject to Section 9. You are responsible for making sure your use of that output does not infringe anyone else's rights.

AI output — no warranty

The Service uses AI (including models from Anthropic) to generate websites, apps, code, text, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is generated automatically and is not reviewed by us.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI output before you rely on it or publish it, including checking that your published site or app is correct, secure, lawful, and appropriate for your users. We do not warrant that AI output will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Custom domains and third-party services

  • If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for owning it and for complying with your domain registrar's terms.
  • The Service relies on third-party providers (for AI, payments, hosting, DNS/CDN, build sandboxes, and email). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. The providers we use are listed in our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account or any project if you breach these Terms or applicable law, or for operational, security, or legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will give you notice.
  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your projects may be taken offline. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law (for example, billing records). Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7a, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 14) will survive termination.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service, or any AI output, will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 50 JOD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your content, your published projects, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right — except to the extent caused by us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
